TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
1. We ship open account to credit approved firms.
2. Thirty (30) days net; F.O.B shipping point.
3. Prices subject to change without notice.
4. Returns with written authorization only.
5. If shipment appears damaged, do not pay freight
unless damage has been marked by the carrier.
6. Foreign shipments will be through our export agent,
unless otherwise expressly agreed to by ACI.
WARRANTY POLICY
- American Compactor, Inc. (ACI) will, at
its option, replace or repair without charge to the original
purchaser of the SMASH ITTM Compactors, any part or parts found upon examination
by ACI, to be
defective in material and/or workmanship, if received by ACI for examination
within 30 days from the
original shipment date
.- Pneumatic Compactor cylinders are warranted on material and workmanship
for two years from
date of purchase.
- Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect are conditions under
which warranty cannot be
claimed nor will warranty apply to damage resulting from failure to follow
the manufacturer's instruction
for operation nor from the improper selection of a particular application.
- All transportation charges on, and damages and loss incurred in connection
with the transportation of
parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty, shall be
the responsibility of the purchaser.
- American Compactor, Inc. shall not be responsible for any other warranties,
guarantees or
liabilities, either express or implied.
